Warranty

All new industrial sewing machines come with a 12-month warranty as standard. Warranty does not include standard consumable spare parts such as bobbins, bobbin cases, feed dogs, hook & base, needles, needle plate, presser feet, etc. Any new equipment which may become faulty can be repaired free of charge but has to be returned at the customers expense to our Head Office in Wrexham, North Wales. If the customer cannot return the machine to our head office, then we have to charge travel time and mileage. However the repair is free of charge (excluding parts needed). All warranty is void if a third party engineer has tampered or been called in to look at the machine.

The Mitsubishi PLK-J is reborn as the Juki PLK-J3020R-SE  Programmable Pattern Sewing Machine which has been created to improve usability. PLK-J3020R-SE in addition to acquiring sewing information, pressure on the take-up lever and changes of material thickness during sewing operation can be collected and accumulated. This machine comes standard with traceability functions. With the help of an independently driven take-up lever, we will offer high-quality sewing effects.

Product Overview

PLK-J3020R-SE is equipped with M3 Motion System - Mix between intermittent and continuous feed up to 2,300 sti./min. for reduced noise and vibrations. The digital tension function optimizes thread tightness in all stitching directions. Independent presser foot motion prevents the fabric from lifting up. Thanks to that the needle is stable and stitch skipping is reduced. Easy operation and maintenance guarantee, full-colour LCD touch panel with USB port, and an ergonomic design. The machine selects the optimum tension according to the stitching pattern. The fabric pressing time and timing can be adjusted digitally for high-quality stitches. Mixing between intermittent and continuous system motion reduces vibration and noise to optimize the sewing. SE-stitch function reduces skip stitches which may occur at the start of the sewing cycle, even with the short remaining thread.

Note 1: Sewing speed may be limited by the type of sewing material, presser weight, stitch length, etc.
