Warranty

All new industrial sewing machines come with a 12-month warranty as standard. Warranty does not include standard consumable spare parts such as bobbins, bobbin cases, feed dogs, hook & base, needles, needle plate, presser feet, etc. Any new equipment which may become faulty can be repaired free of charge but has to be returned at the customers expense to our Head Office in Wrexham, North Wales. If the customer cannot return the machine to our head office, then we have to charge travel time and mileage. However the repair is free of charge (excluding parts needed). All warranty is void if a third party engineer has tampered or been called in to look at the machine.

The Juki DDL-8100e is supplied fully assembled, complete with British RU/C wheeled stand, manufacturer-grade tabletop, drawer & extras. Before dispatch, everything is tested and signed off by one of our technicians so you can be sewing within minutes!

The Juki DDL-8100e is perfect for sewing light to medium-weight fabrics like polyester, cotton, wool, etc. This machine is equipped with an energy-efficient servo motor, 13mm presser foot lift height, and easy-adjustable stitch dial and is part of Juki's ECO product range.
