The Rexel PDP-1 is a compact but powerful pneumatic press machine for upholstering seats. It can significantly improve efficiency, productivity, and quality within a manufacturing department. The controls operate on a two-handed button system to ensure the safety of the user, and the press is equipped with a rotary cushion to make
upholstery work as simple and easy as possible.
This press is suitable for pressing chair seats and backrests constructed from fabric, upholstery foam, and chipboard.
PDP-1 is compact tabletop version of the classic chair press, which is perfect for upholstering small elements.

- The control device with two-hand button control system ensures safety when operating the press. It is possible to adjust the pressing force using air pressure regulator.
- Long stroke of the pneumatic cylinder and lower telescopic stand allow adjusting press to a comfortable height for the operator.
- The press provides controllable and even pressing of the chair seats and backrests (fabric, upholstery foam, chipboard), so there is no need to pull the material to ensure its right tension.
- Press is equipped with rotary cushion that makes upholstery nice and easy.
- Pressure can be adjusted using hand wheel (РDР-1/PDM-1).
