Product Information
The Advance ASA-LType/410C automatic conveyor lockstitch is designed to de-skill, improve quality and increase production of panel joining or the hemming of curtains. Whilst this machine increases quality and productivity, it also makes the sewing operation much faster than a standard sewing machine. Using this conveyor machine can increase productivity by up to 70% without a skilled sewing operator.
Our machine is designed and manufactured in the UK by ourselves and has some of the most advanced features. A motorised, programmable mouse clamp which pneumatically clamps the fabric and follows the seam end of the fabric for hands-free sewing. The mouse also has an intelligent feature to auto-position itself to the fabric length for different size curtain sizes.
The machine can be operated in several different modes:
– Manual without mouse.
– Manual with mouse.
– Auto without mouse.
– Auto WITH mouse.
– Auto with mouse AND auto-end sewing
– Auto with mouse with foot pedal control at seam end.
– Stop/Start with pull cord, pause.
– Zippy hands-free guiding system, Air operated.
– Quick change hinged hemming folders mounted on easy load sliding guide system.
– Folders are custom made to customers required sizes.
