The Advance ASA-SLS is our semi-automatic lockstitch sewing machine is for sewing the hems on vertical blinds. We uniquely use the Juki DDL-8700-7 sewing head where we can use edge detection photocell or stitch count.
This is a very productive sewing machine in its field, as it can be operated with limited sewing skills and this machine can use clear monofilament thread.
With our machine, you can sew to tops and bottoms of the vertical blind vanes by just moving our bespoke compact straight edge guide with a photocell giving the machine perfect end stopping with programmable back tacking thread trimming and auto foot lift all controlled in one single function.
We can accurately sew ten hems in 30 seconds, and because the thread is automatically cut there is no need for the operator to cut the thread ends once the hem has been completed. High-speed sewing with quality results. The functions of this machine are primarily for louvre sewing. The machine's photocell is to detect the end of the fabric to give accurate sewing, de-skill, and increase productivity.
This machine has automatic foot lift, back tacking, thread wiper, and an easy-to-use control panel. We also use our unique roller foot to ensure we can sew with ease a wide range of fabrics, including coated fabric
