Product Information
The Brother RH-982A is an electronic chainstitch eyelet buttonhole sewing machine designed for producing precise, consistently finished buttonholes at high production speeds. It is supplied fully assembled, complete with British RU/C wheeled stand, manufacturer-grade tabletop, drawer & extras. Before dispatch, everything is tested and signed off by one of our technicians so you can be sewing within minutes!
Suitable for menswear, ladieswear, jeans and workwear, the Brother RH-982A achieves sewing speeds of up to 2,500 stitches per minute. Its highly rigid, servo-controlled feed and needle-bar rotating mechanisms provide accurate stitch positioning, helping prevent feed drift even when sewing heavier materials at high speed.
The machine features a generous 120mm-deep arm pocket, providing additional space for smooth material handling and making it particularly suitable for vertical buttonholes and hip-pocket applications. Its redesigned arm shape also gives the operator a clear view of the needle area.
Designed for a quieter and more comfortable working environment, the RH-982A produces less operating noise and vibration than previous models. Its easy-to-use operation panel allows frequently used sewing settings and programs to be stored and recalled quickly.
