Product Information
The Global DN 2200 series consists of various 2 needle lockstitch machines. Your chosen machine will be supplied fully assembled, complete with British RU/C wheeled stand, manufacturer grade tabletop, drawer & extras. Before dispatch, everything is tested and signed off by one of our technicians so you can be sewing within minutes!
The Global DN 2200 series of lockstitch machines cover most applications, with varying sewing speeds, stitch lengths, and hook sizes. They all feature a fully automatic lubrication system to save the operator time and effort. In addition to this, they have simple controls and are reliable and easy to use. The different subclasses each have unique features which are outlined below. Global DN 2200 Series Subclass Options
- DN 2242 - double needle lockstitch machine with drop and needle feed, fully automatic lubrication, standard hooks, and a 6.4mm gauge. It has a maximum sewing speed of 3,500spm and a maximum stitch length of 5mm.
- DN 2242 LH - same as above, but with large hooks, a maximum sewing speed of 3,300spm, and a maximum stitch length of 7mm.
- DN 2242 AUT - double needle lockstitch machine with drop and needle feed. The machine is equipped with an under bed thread trimmer and electric automatic back tack. It has standard vertical axis hooks and a maximum sewing speed of 3,500spm, and a maximum stitch length of 5mm.
- DN 2242 LH AUT - same as above, but with large hooks, a maximum sewing speed of 3,300spm, and a maximum stitch length of 7mm.
- DN 2220 - double needle lockstitch machine with drop and needle feed, equipped with needle bars which can be disengaged. It has fully automatic lubrication, standard hooks and 6.4mm gauge. It has a maximum sewing speed of 2,800spm and a maximum stitch length of 5mm.
- DN 2220 LH - same as above, but with large hooks, a maximum sewing speed of 2,600spm, and a maximum stitch length of 7mm.
- DN 2220 AUT - double needle lockstitch machine with drop and needle feed. The machine is equipped with an under bed thread trimmer and electric automatic back tack.
