Product Information
The Juki JEUX QHP-A08 hot air tape bonding machine uses extremely hot air to melt specialised welding tape. The melted welding tape is then fused to the fabrics as it passes through an upper and lower roller. The rollers apply pressure so the tape and fabric then merge together.
This bonding method can seal an existing bond (ultrasonic weld), make traditional sewing seams waterproof and can also be used as a design feature on apparel products.
