With over 40 years of development behind the DS series, the Rasor DS504 is one of the most compact, powerful and professional handheld rotary cutting machines available today. Representing the sixth evolution of the renowned DS range, the latest generation DS504 combines impressive cutting performance with outstanding ergonomics, reliability and operator safety.

Weighing just 950 grams, the DS504 is lightweight and comfortable to use for extended periods, while its ergonomic design and quiet, well-balanced 90W motor help reduce operator fatigue. Despite its compact size, the reinforced body construction and bronze/steel gear coupling deliver exceptional torque, allowing the machine to cut not only textiles, but also technical fabrics, composites, leather and other demanding materials with ease.

The high-speed motor operates at up to 1,900 RPM, providing fast, clean and precise cutting performance through materials up to 9mm thick. A built-in push-button sharpening system allows the blade to be re-sharpened in seconds without removing the knife, helping maintain cutting quality whilst minimising downtime.

The DS504 also features an improved circuit board with an easily replaceable glass fuse, along with a redesigned slim-profile base plate which makes navigating curves and detailed cutting work easier than ever.
