Product Information
For over 30 years within the market, the Rasor SW100SL has been regarded as the most efficient and popular single-phase cutting unit for use with textiles and technical fabrics.
It reaches the highest level of technology and safety, guaranteeing a hight level of power and reliability whilst weighing in as less than 3 Kg.
The combination of blade and counterblade allows a sharp and precise cut without any rag grinding. The 90Watt balanced and silenced motor combines with high resistance bronze/steel gear couplings to create long lasting stability.
The 6-edged 100mm diameter knife allows for easy cutting of any fabric up to 35mm thickness. The SW100SL is ideal for transversal cutting because it is arranged with an anchor flange which can be easily fitted on a fixed or automatic stirrup.
The base is Teflon® coated to reduce the friction between the base and the fabric to and ensure easy movement. It is possible to install this cutting unit on sliding rails within a minimal space.
The new push button sharpening stone system allows the blade to be reconditioned in less than 10 seconds without disassembly.
For continuous trimming processes the Rasor SW100SL is also available in a right-side version (specular) as model SW100S. The minimal maintenance and operation costs make the model SW100SL one of the best value and most reliable cutting solutions for O.E.M. applications.
