Product Information

The Rexel PDNS-2 is the latest in Rexel's range of specialist pneumatic chair presses designed for upholstering seats and backrests. The press keeps the workpiece in place, and the drawstring device ensures the string is correctly tightened and tensioned using a simple foot control. This updated model has additional features including a laser pointer to indicate the centre of the cushion and improve accuracy. Our team have developed an adapted overlock sewing machine, the Advance ASA-6914R/DSA, for sewing drawstrings into place that is the ideal companion to this press. Please get in touch with our team to find out more.

Significantly increases efficiency, productivity, and consistency when upholstering seats with a drawstring fastening system.
Step-sequence foot control where each press of the foot pedal triggers the next action in the drawstring cycle.
Two-handed safety control ensures the press head only lowers when both buttons are pressed simultaneously.
Built-in pressure regulators provide precise control over the pressing force of each pair of cylinders. This allows the force to be adjusted for different types of drawstring and seats.
Overhead lighting for improved visibility during work.
Cross-shaped laser pointer to indicate the centre of the cushion and ensure accurate positioning.
Emergency stop button instantly vents pressure from the cylinders for added safety.
