CONSUMABLES, SPARE PARTS, AND ACCESSORY ORDERS
Please note that we do not offer next day delivery on all items, we try to keep our online stock indicators accurate at all times but occasionally, stock can differ. We do however aim to dispatch orders extremely quickly. All orders placed after the Next Day Delivery cut off time of 2pm will be dispatched within 2 working days, orders placed before 2pm will usually be sent out same day.
At the moment we are offering free delivery on orders over £200 for consumables, spare parts, and accessory orders only.
Next-Day delivery orders placed on bank holidays will also be dispatched within 2 working days following the holiday.
Unfortunately, deliveries to some postal addresses may not be available. If we do not deliver to your address, we will notify you of this when you try to place the order.
You will be required to sign for your delivery. If we are unable to deliver, our courier may return your parcel to its depot and leave a note explaining where your parcel is and how you can rearrange delivery or collect your parcel. If delivery is not rearranged or your parcel collected it will be returned to our warehouse. Please contact us at email@example.com to arrange redelivery in these circumstances. You may be responsible for additional delivery charges on any redelivery.
Delivery times are estimates only. We will try hard to meet our delivery times but are not responsible for any delayed or unsuccessful deliveries. Sometimes orders may take longer to fulfil or due to circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather. If your delivery does not arrive when expected, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that if your delivery does not arrive within 30 days of dispatch confirmation then please contact us immediately.
All our products are sold on a delivery duty unpaid basis. If your delivery address is outside the European Union (EU) you may have to pay import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You are responsible for any such duties and taxes. Please check with your local customs or tax office for further details.
On all machine orders, we allow 10-14 days for delivery. This gives us time to import the machine from our European warehouse if we do not have it in stock. We then assemble, run final pre-delivery checks and then package the equipment ready for dispatch. Usually, from day of dispatch, pallet deliveries are next day.
Machine orders processed through the website qualify for free delivery. This option is pallet delivery which will be built, tested, sewn off to customer specifications and sent out via our trusted partners Palletforce. The equipment gets built by our technicians, sewn off to your specifications and then once it's ready to be shipped, it's put on a pallet, securely shrink-wrapped and strapped to ensure safe delivery, then our courier Palletforce collects the machine and it's loaded on to the truck. Pallet delivery is defined as curbside delivery only and so when it's delivered to you, the courier generally takes the machine off the truck and doesn't really do anything else - so what do you do next...?
You can unwrap the machine, dispose of the packaging (which is recyclable) and then take the machine off the pallet and wheel it into place. Put the machine's cotton stand on, thread it up and you'll be ready to sew!
On equipment that is classed as special order e.g. machines that are non-stock items and require special import there are shipping costs applied. Typically machinery that requires installation and/or set-up is recommended to be delivered and installed which will be charged accordingly.
